On the Feast of the Holy Trinity, Metropolitan Sergiy led the celebrations at the Church of the Life-Giving Trinity in Ostankino
On these feast days, the church solemnly celebrated the patronal feast in honour of the Holy Trinity. This feast is also related to a particularly important and memorable date – June 12 marks the 330th anniversary of the consecration of the main altar of the church.
On the evening of June 11, on the eve of the feast of the Holy Trinity (Pentecost), Patriarchal Exarch of South-East Asia, Metropolitan Sergiy of Singapore and South-East Asia celebrated the All-Night Vigil in the church, and on the day of the feast, Vladyka Sergiy led the Divine Liturgy.
His Eminence was co-served by: Bishop Pitirim of Jakarta, Vicar of the Diocese of Singapore; Archimandrite Oleg (Cherepanin), Secretary of the Diocese of Thailand; Priest Evgeny Shmelev, cleric of the Church of the Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos in Singapore, and clerics of the Church of the Life-Giving Trinity in Ostankino.
At the end of the Liturgy, a procession was performed. At the end of the festive day, different events for parishioners were organized in the yard of the church: a musical performance, exhibition, tea party, and master classes for children.
