The Thai Diocese Provided Charitable Assistance to Children with Cancer
On February 12, 2026, with the blessing of the Patriarch Exarch of Southeast Asia, Metropolitan of Singapore and Southeast-Asia Sergiy, temporary administrator of the Thai diocese, Archimandrite Oleg (Cherepanin), Secretary of the Thai Diocese, accompanied by staff from the Diocese’s Department of Charity and Social Services and the Queen Sirikit Regional Congress of the Children’s Healthcare Conference, visited the clinic.
During the visit, Father Oleg donated necessary equipment to support its important work. He also presented gifts to 50 children for their upcoming treatment. Financial assistance was also provided to their families to cover their current expenses.
This charitable initiative was likely made possible by private donations and the active income of the Thai Diocese community.
