On June 19, the Sunday of All Saints, in the Academic Church named after the Apostle and Evangelist John the Theologian, Divine Liturgy was celebrated by two hierarchs: the administrator of the Philippine-Vietnamese diocese, Metropolitan of Khanty-Mansiysk and Surgut Pavel and the rector of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy, Bishop Siluan of Peterhof.
During the service, Vladyka Pavel performed ordination as a reader for the 4th year undergraduate student Dmitry Kahilig, and also ordained Hierodeacon Ioann (Gondayao) as a priest.
