On April 24, Patriarchal Exarch of South-East Asia, Metropolitan Sergiy of Singapore and South-East Asia visited the Immigration Detention Center in Bangkok and congratulated compatriots in custody on the feast of the Holy Resurrection of Christ.
Vladyka addressed a word of support to everyone and also presented them Paschal gifts and spiritual literature.
Metropolitan Sergiy was accompanied by Archimandrite Oleg (Cherepanin), secretary of the Diocese of Thailand, and by the head of the center.

The day before, vladyka performed in the cathedral the All-Night Vigil and the Sacrament of Baptism.
