Having as your heavenly patron St. Sergiy, Hegumen of Radonezh, you strive to imitate him in your zealous service to the Holy Church.
It is gratifying to note that, taking care of the dioceses and parishes of the countries of South-East Asia, which are part of the Patriarchal Exarchate, you are doing much for the proper organization and development of church life in this inheritance of God.
I prayerfully wish you to continue to work zealously and diligently, being strengthened in the Lord and in the power of His might (Eph. 6:10).
